Penny is responsible for the quality of Brandhouse’s strategic output. Her curiosity in cultures, creativity and communication took her from a Modern Languages degree at Cambridge University to an early career in film, before establishing herself in brand consultancy. She has gained a wealth of experience working with FMCG giants including PepsiCo, Unilever and Mars. From Mexico to China to the USA, Penny has helped her clients shape and deliver high-profile results both globally and regionally.

Penny brings powerful insight, cultural empathy, imaginative approaches and intellectual rigour to identify breakthrough opportunities and drive successful creative execution. Her passion for uncovering consumer truth has led Penny to some of the world’s more elusive markets such as Saudi Arabia, where she pioneered a locally grounded innovation process.
